- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆At first was excited to work with this company. Our app went through....took two weeks to be asked for further documentation. Was told we might be preapproved and that the automated underwriting program used didn't see any problems but that wasn't guaranteed an approval. The loan officer sent paperwork via email. I called to let her know the names were spelled wrong on the documents she sent us, sent in the documents hoping it was just a simple fix. Still haven't heard back. Was told we'd know if we were approved within a day after sending in all paperwork...went with another company and knew within 3 days that we were approved (without having to turn in all of our documentation and the names were spelled correctly and the guy called us back/texted us back within an hour or two if we had questions).By Amy Strand, August 25, 2017
